Interview With Evan Hadkins, Author of “Living Authentically”

frontcover

I’m pleased to share my interview with Evan Hadkins, author of the book “Living Authentically” and the blog WellBeingAndHealth.net.  Evan is a counselor and acupuncturist in Canberra, Australia, and his book offers an approach to wellness based on a unique blend of Gestalt therapy and traditional Chinese medicine.  I think the conversation has both depth and plenty of practical exercises for reducing stress and bringing joy and ease into our lives.

Thanks Albert. I look forward to hearing your feedback.

  3. Davina Says:

Hi Chris. This book sounds like a good read. I studied a little bit of TCM a few years ago and found it fascinating, and I’ve always been interested in Gestalt.

  4. Evan Says:

    Hi Chris,

I want to thank you especially for the interview. It was my first interview and I was nervous but the time flew – you were a model interviewer. Your time and skill as an interviewer is very much appreciated.

  5. Chris Edgar Says:

Thanks Evan — I’m glad you enjoyed the interview — I know I did. And now that you got that out of the way, you’re all warmed up and ready for Oprah!

  6. Sarah Luczaj Says:

Nice interview, Chris – and great to hear you Evan! Authentic is a good word to describe the way you speak…

  7. Chris Edgar Says:

Hi Davina — belated thanks for your comment — I seem not to have noticed it was languishing in the spam filter for a while. Do you use those techniques in your coaching practice at all? Just curious.

  8. Chris Edgar Says:

Hi Sarah — I’m glad you enjoyed the interview.

  9. Evan Says:

Hi Davina, I’d also be interested to know if you use those techniques in your coaching. Thanks Sarah, I’m glad that I sound authentic, it’s hard (impossible?) to know how you are going to sound, thanks.
